CMS Four: Cigars & Whiskey by the Sea is an intimate, experience-driven mastermind retreat in Tampa Bay designed for entrepreneurs, investors, executives, creators, and ecommerce professionals. Hosted by Kevin King and Norm Farrar of Collective Minds Society, the five-day event replaces traditional presentations with experiential masterminding, giving attendees opportunities to exchange ideas and build meaningful relationships through curated dining, cigar experiences, excursions, and relaxed networking. Following the format of the 2025 Tampa event, CMS Four emphasizes high-level peer connections and business conversations in a no-pitch environment.
